INSURANCE CLAIMS
All major insurance companies and fleet accounts are welcome. In addition, McDonald Auto Body serve as “Direct Repair Program” Authorized Repair Facilities (“DRP”) for some of the largest insurance carriers in the industry. For the customer, this eliminates the hassle of locating a collision repair facility, arranging for an estimate, waiting for insurance company approval of the repair, and guarantees the on-time delivery of your vehicle. In order to qualify as a “DRP” facility, our shops must meet stringent training and quality control requirements as well as maintain professional and courteous customer relations. When the repairs are complete, we bill the insurance company directly.
ELECTRONIC ESTIMATES
Computer estimating provides the consumer with a precise and accurate vehicle damage estimate. In addition to the written estimate, digital photos and a step-by-step breakdown of the time and materials required for the repair are electronically sent to your insurance company, thus cutting the repair time in half.

In addition, your insurance company must authorize the additional cost and may request reinspection of the vehicle before proceeding with the repair. Our shop includes a full service Auto Dismantling Facility for the necessary teardown and preparation of your vehicle. Our expert staff of collision damage estimators thoroughly inspect your vehicle for any hidden damage prior to submitting the estimate to the insurance company.
As a PPG Certified Collision Center, our shop uses a state-of-the-art paint refinishing and color matching system. PPG guarantees the durability of any paint work performed to its certification standards for as long as you own your vehicle
